The 40V max XGT® Brushless 185 mm Metal Cutting Saw features a Makita built brushless motor that delivers 3,500rpm for faster metal cutting and gets up to 210 cuts in a 6mm angle steel bar using an XGT® 5.0Ah battery. The 40V max XGT® Brushless 185 mm Metal Cutting Saw has been engineered with an advanced gear shaft that allows for a larger cutting capacity of up to 67 mm. Other features include an Improved chip collector box that allows for one-hand disposal, Active Feedback sensing Technology (AFT) electronically turns off the motor if the rotation of the blade t is suddenly forced to stop, Extreme Protection Technology (XPT) is engineered for improved dust and water resistance for operation in harsh condition and Electric brake for improved efficiency and safety.
