Machined work top of high quality, ribbed die-cast aluminium (220 x 120 mm). Adjusted fence with scale. Solid, hard-chromed steel column, 280 mm high, 20 mm diameter. Super stable die-cast head with built-in, VDE approved 220 – 240 Volt, 85 W motor. Very quiet and of long life expectancy type.

 

Three step aluminium pulley with flat belt. 3 spindle speeds of 1,800, 4,700, and 8,500 rpm (triple torque at low speeds). Chrome feed lever with adjustable depth scale. The spindle is essentially free of play as a result of 3 high quality ball bearings. Recessed spindle for insertion of MICROMOT steel collets, but also threaded for drill chucks (3/8” thread). Extremely high rotational accuracy, 30 mm feed. Practical, adjustable depth gauge. Throat depth (column to drill spindle) 140 mm. Six triple slit precision collets for shaft sizes 1.0 – 1.5 – 2.0 – 2.4 – 3.0 – 3.2 mm included.
