Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Used power tools (Corded/Cordless Drills, Saws, Grinders, etc.)
  • Opened packages of Drill Bits and Cutting & Grinding accessories
  • Generators that have been fueled or operated
  • Any item showing signs of use or missing original packaging

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (based on your location)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging and include:

  • Copy of your order confirmation
  • RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package

Ship to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received, we’ll inspect the item within 3-5 business days and notify you of the status.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days depending on your bank
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Information
